Jeremy, thanks for the education! So with Line 8, which is the issue the user is complaining about, should anyone calling that line when it is in use get voice mail, or should it be busy? I have a user that when he is on the phone, if an external call comes in, the person calling in gets a busy signal. If someone internally calls, then they will go to VM.
