Disabled 2008 extensions
Hey Billy, I do not think there is a way to single out 2008 DID's but you can apply a DID to any phone not just a certain type...unless you have your system setup differently. I do not see on my cheat sheet for 11B, do you happen to have a TM attached or is it too old?- MBratt

TM 3.0 Adding and outting issues
We currently have TM 3.0 and I need to out a phone and add a new one in its place. Reason being we are switching from a 2008 to a 2616. When I try and use the add feature the continue button on the bottom does not light up. Any ideas? I have all the required fields filled in but still nada...- MBratt

Attendant PC
hmmm...we have a pc console but not sure if it is the same as a PC attendant. OUrs works really good and most of the receptionists like it...there is always one, I refuse to use anything new, lol. WHen calls come in it rings directly at the PC con which works just like the older consoles but...- MBratt

Marp and transfer
I know my express is totally different. OUr vm is 5611 and the Express is 5793 then the mailbox, release and the call is dumped.- MBratt
