    Thanks for the respond, regarding the AGT_RELEASED, call was disconnected from the caller side so not sure if agent is dropping the call, btw VDN has VOA.

    IP Agent Unable to login

    Hi Sirs, Im getting an error when logging in to IP Agent, i was able to login using the station number then when i enter the agent-ID, im getting an error that says "Your call could not be completed. Please try again" BTW, Agent is using VPN connection their PC to the PBX server. Thanks!
