I just built a 3903 set, no features, scr on key 0 that is not on any other set. I get the same thing, when dialing that extension and it is busy. put in number to charge. I think I have a bug in the switch. Mark

It is a system wide problem when dialing a 3903 set from a 3902,3903,of 3904 set. After I did make a change in the rdr data, now you get a busy signal but the display says put in number to charge. The 3903 sets do not have voice mail, just multipal scr dn's. The 3903 sets that have voice mail...

Bob, That is what they are doing now, but the clinic manager wants them to transfer to the ext. That is how it is done the other clinics. They want everything on the same platform. The other clinics have Modular ICS systems. Thanks for your input. Mark
