Build two short codes in the users Short code tab. I the example below this prevents the user to call extensions that begin with 1 and will allows the user to press 2 and it will call extension 1104. Hope this help.

When Logging into Web Manger 11.0.4.0.0 Build 7 I can not see the Certificates on the system. I can open Manager and go to security setting and see these. Does anyone have any ideas why this would be happening in Web Manager?

You can upload this file using Web Manager you still will need to reboot system after. This will save you time other than removing the SD card. If you have remote you don't even have to leave your office

Extract the new bin files under the Manager directory then bring up the manager and connect to the system go under advanced and do upgrade. It should show that the system will be upgraded to 9.0.3.16 build 2. Do the upgrade then you are done.
