what is the manager program?

I recently changed my system time through telset. When I came in the next morning, the system went back to the incorrect time. What did I miss?

I have 2 sets that display "Buttons and Features are unavailable" 1 set displays "No Application Firmware". What is causing this and how can I clear it ?

I will, the odd thing is is when I select either of the other two lines to make an outgoing call, I get dial tone and the TRANSFER does not show on the display.

I have a CICS with 3 lines. When I select one of the lines to make an outgoing call, TRANSFER shows up on the display. Also, when a call is parked on that same line, I cannot retrieve the parked call. If I call that number directly from my cell, for example I get a RNA. What do I need to check...

I know this sounds basic... I have been diaspatched to move two phones on a panasonic phone system, which i know nothing about... can somebody give me some instructions ?

the phone is currently working in it's present location. I need to move it to another jack. I do not know if the new location is cross connected. If it is and I plug the phone into the new jack, will the new TN appear when a DNB is printed ?

OPT 11 I have a request to move a phone and needs the new jack made "hot". Can somebody give me instuctions ?
