Operator options on the BCM
We have the Nortel Business Element Manager in our office. AT&T set it up with an incomplete tree. My night operator works fine but during the day if someone presses 0 to go to the operator it only rings at one desk. Isn't there a simple way to make it ring to 3 different phones just like it...- LeonaAnn
