Aaah the 202 is forwarded unconditionally, but "forward internal calls" is not checked. Is it considered a external call when i'm trying to transfer an external call?

I have this problem that i can't transfer external calls to a certain number.
This is my setup.
200 is the main number. All calls to this number is being forwarded to the huntgroup containing the reception (218) and an external number.
Now when the receptionist picks up the phone...
