    CCMS sybase does not write new data

    Hi all, pls help me Suddenly my CCMS does not write any data more into sybase table (i.e there is nothing when I select * from table eCallByCallStatusxxxxxxxx) while others is normal, agents still serve the calls, realtime reports are ok... Please give me an option to try... Thanks
