Thanks for the response!! Yes that looks very similar and I have noticed the issue with only one hop when running tracert. I was not sure what was going on there. What did you do exactly to remedy this?

I talked to a co-worker and I guess it has happened a few times to users not on a conf call. I can not get reliable data on if they are in an internal or outside call. i.e. calling hq or calling out to the world. I would think a port problem would be a static issue rather than intermittent...

I forgot to mention that it almost always seems like it is a conference call that drops and typically internal users not a call to the outside world.
