New motherboard & CPU-no POST
I have a MSI KM4M-L motherboard with an AMD Athlon XP 2600+ CPU that will not boot. Power comes on and fan on CPU is running but I am getting no POST. I used my TechAid POST Diagnostic PCI card and received POST CODE of FF. I have made sure that the board is not shorting out on the chasis...- ksteere
