    ERR404 0 no default tree exists

    I am trying to test my lines by dialing the route access code, drawing dialtone, then dialing my cell phone number. Everytime I begin dialing I get a busy tone and ERR404 0 on the tty. What is the default tree and where is it?

    Changing Name From OTM

    You should never change a name in OTM. I corrupted our software doing that and caused the PBX to initialize. OTM enters ld 95, and enters chg at the req prompt. Always delete names and enter names new. Never change them.

    3904 ACD sets don't get call timer

    Is there a way to get call timer to work when a call is placed on the DN of an ACD set? We have several 3904 sets programmed as ACD sets and aquired by Symposium. When they make a call on thier DN key, key 1, the call timer does not turn on.

    has anyone upgraded Call Pilot to 4.0 from 3

    Has anyone upgraded Call Pilot from 4.0 to 3? We're trying to rid ourselves of Windows NT and must do this soon. What's involved in this upgrade? How did it go?
