Could you please provide further information on the cll group. The key requirement is they want all 4 phones to ring at the same time.

I have created a new hunt group (configured as a Round robin - RRB), now being asked if this can be changed to a broadcast group so all 4 extensions in the group ring when the pilot number is called. Is this an option and if so how do I either amend the current hunt group or ceate a new group?

I have just created a hunt group (RRB) and understand you can configure a GHD key so extensions in the group can make themselves unavailable. Can someone please advise me how to check/configure this option. Thanks

I know you can run a command which lists the number of Digital, analogue, IP etc..... services equipped and used. Can someone please confirm what the command is? also is there anywhere I can download a list of the various LD commands and what they are used for? Thanks

I believe an extension has been configured so incoming DDI calls are being automatically forwarded to another site. There is no forwarding showing when I list the extenssion and understand it may be configured with IDC? can you point me in the right direct to check/remove?

I know you can swap Analogue with Analogue, Digital with Digital using the IEX/MEX commands but is there any way of swapping a digital extension with an analogue extension via a software change?
