Is there a COBOL version that will work in the Windows 10 environment?

I have the trial version of cobolscript 3.00 that limits you to 150 lines of code and 'sql.cbl' does not work. Otherwise it works fine. Is there any way to get a version where the 150 line limit does not exist and where sql.cbl works? I tried to contact Matt Dean to buy an upgrade but he is...- KenUnix
