Thanks both. Accessing our Octel 200 it starts in the UPDATE Mode with . prompt and does the 4 things. Then .e gets to the @ prompt and I can do the L things you mention above; particularly L R 3 which is very useful. After that it's @UP back to the UPDATE area. I've been asked to look at a system in the office. LIST USERS works OK and it tells me there are 1494 out of 5000 mailboxes. Then I add a few, it goes over 1500 and will take no more. Is this a physical capacity (5,000) as against licences number (1,500) issue ? L F does not work. How can I...- KennyDug
