    Thanks for the information. The URI setting is within the SIP License? Also, can you clearify the HSM? Also, in the STatus Monitor it is showing "Out of Service" Thanks again

    I'm new to the Avaya World and IP Office. I'm trying to configure a SIP Trunk to SYN-APPS, SA-ANNOUNCE software. It does not show any INvites on the SA-ANNOUNCE Server. Any help on the configuration would be great. Thanks
