The SL1100 has been EOS/EOL for many years now. It was never updated to allow "hidden" keys past 24. To put a call cover key for a virtual extension on a phone, you have to use a buttons 1 - 24. There is no workaround.
Have you tried the upload via WebPro instead of PCPro? There was an issue with this some years ago that was fixed, but with the way things are going right now, I wouldn't be surprised it it was reintroduced.
The information you want is in the Intramail manual, not the DSX manual.
Log in to the administrator's mailbox (usually ext. 300).
Press 72 for System Administration
Press 7 for Subscriber's box
Enter the mailbox number
Press 7 to delete password
Press # to exit
