Has anyone been able to get the Avaya park slots/orbits to work on the Yealink phone. And not so much a visual park orbit, but even getting the stock short code to pickup a park orbit. I have not had much luck and wonder if I am missing something simple. Thanks for looking guys and gals...

I will test this out and see how it goes. There are a fair amount of em using the " 1 Number " for Desk, Mobile, Fax. I will have to go through the VMPro modules and adapt them all to SC instead of Extn for the Fax destinations. Thanks for the heads up.

Here is a Trace from this morning. IT rang to the FaxFinder and instead of showing the routing digits in the FasFinder it stated the destination was "RING" so it defaulted to the admin account.

I have a FaxFinder 820 that will occasionally receive a fax displayed as RING or 677T (for example) where the extensions was 6707 and it strpped a digit. These are occuring maybe 10% of the volme and most tims the admin will forward it on, so it is not like we are losing our faxes...
Alrighty, I thought all was going well and now the emails are queuing up again.. No failed messages in the GMX account and not sure what is going on here. Any other Ideas?
Just an update. Cheers for the tip on GMX, BAS1234. It works and it continues to work so far. I have been monitoring the mailbox every other day or so and it got a kick back on one of the users. Turns out a fella was let go, customer changed the name for the user but not the email address or...
Well I will need a lesson in the IIS SMTP service setup. It just failed again for this customer. I do not have access to the traces yet, and will be going to site on Monday.
It has been working better now with the DNS server added. It is not a local server, it has been through the ISP's public SMTP addresses. I also discovered that on one instance the users have been receiving them recently (checked the queue size in monitor traces and none of them were over 1, so...
