Thanks for reply But my problem is that there is no c:\program files\cisco\.. directory after I installed the OS2000-2-7 upgrade. CCM4.1(3) Installation, where to find shutdown.exe
Hi all I am trying to install ccm4.1 to a PC(actually its a DL380). Followed all the steps after installed win-OS-2000-2-7. I cant find the shutdown.exe file. for that matter, I cant even find the c:\programe files\cisco\ directory. There is no 2000.2.7srX CD in my ccm4.1 package. I tried...- k7z

CCM Installation woes!
Hi all I am trying to install a CCM4.1(3) on a PC. I did all the steps to upgrade the OS by using Win-OS-upgrade-K9-2000-2-7. I donthave any 2.7srX disk(download from cisco ?).
