Your voicemail ports should be 2008 sets like John posted. Out your ports and build them as 2008s with the following class of service: FLXA VCE WTA CNDA DNDD

Set your LHK on all the phones to 5 (being your last dn on the phone). DO NOT DO A CHG!!! You need to out and rebuild them from scratch. If you do a chg to them you can/will corrupt your database.
