tried that, call center just ignored it.
It is fixed now, just assigned a new cdn for the call center and initialized the mailbox. Works like a champ.

Assigned CDN as an extension with a phone and lost the call center distribuition. If I disconnect the phone - calls do not route through the call center. How can I get the calls routed back to the agents when they are logged in?
