I made a user, it has no permissions. I looked for other ways to unlock tracking groups, I haven't found the answer you may be suggesting.- joshtek0

So I've been trying to get into the database for Micros to set up API, and to unlock some things to change tracking groups to include a new tender/media group that I've recently added.
