I got it... I checked the link on the table I suspected....and sure enough I changed the link from inner join to left outer join(the only other option available)...and VOILA the Item prints.... Thank You again ettienne & tuba2007 for all you efforts in helping and pointing me in the right...

Nothing seems different... I compared to a few items that print and I see no difference.... I even deleted the item form the PO and re inserted it...
