How to activate EC500 remotely?
Can someone let me know how to use these? I have been searching on the Avaya documents to set these up but haven't found how to use it. I added the DID's but when I call them directly from the outside get a recording and don't even hit the PBX. I tried dialing the Telecommuter access number...- joffrey55

ASA disconnects after long time of inactivity
I do use GEDI and it use to stay up. My co worker uses Terminal Emulator and he always has had a problem and I never did. But now mine just times out all the time hope someone has a resolution. Thank you in advance. :-)- joffrey55

ASA disconnects after long time of inactivity
Hi, Just wondering if you got a resolution to this as I am also having the same problem. I checked the setting and also show 120 minutes but since upgrading ASA it times out. Mine disconnects after only a few minutes. Please ley me know and thank you for any help. Cindy :-)- joffrey55
