    Well, I did ROCAC:ROU=7,SEL=7110000000001010, SIG=511110000030, TRAF=00151515, TRM=5, SERV=2101000000,BCAP=001100; but nothing changes. Do I correctly change D3 in SEL from 7110000000000010 to 7110000000001010?
