    outbound xfer

    I know how to setup outbound xfer with logging into the mailbox and then pressing 8 to set it up. But is there a global setting in the system that allows these kind of transfers. I am logging into a box, but the only option I get is xfer to an extension. Thanks in advance.

    2 CCR Trees??

    Is there any way to setup 2 CCR trees. We have a primary tree that is linked to mailbox 221. Is there anyway to link another tree(tree 2) to a different mailbox?? Tree 2 will be completely different than tree 1 which is our primary tree. Thanks in advance.

    Pickup Groups

    Ext 225 is in a pickup group that can pickup ext 221. When I try to do a group pickup from ext 243, I get denied in admin. how do i see the groups that 225 is in so i can add 243 to that group??? Thanks in advance.

    For some reason, the ring again button is programmed as a forward from button. Basically, when someone calls ext 222(which isn't the phone I am on), the ring again button rings with a ->(Name) on it. Can anyone tell me how to remove this programming from the button??? I tried going into the...
