Calls go directly to individual voice mails instead of CCR when a line is in use...?
We have Norstar system with 3 incoming lines that rollover. We recently created a CCR tree with all paths (2 levels) and assigned it to AA Greeting Table and enabled with no problems (It's CCR Tree #1). If no lines are in use it works fine - AA message first and then on to CCR path 0 - press 1...- jmaccallum
