Where is a Group VM Greeting file in Embedded
Is the original WAV file in the correct format? It should be 8kHZ, 16 bit (128kbps), mono and a WAV file. If you upload it and these settings aren't correct it won't work. Also what release version of IPO are you using? Anything before R9 might not work for a Voicemail Greeting.- jhew89
