I wonder if its possible to list all the phones programmed under an ACDQ svp..?
I went thru LD 23 LST command and then in 81 for acd features.. but no luck.. also tried LD117 for sets inventory which yields place not the acdq..
I want to be able to list or count phones under a queue...

From what I am seeing, it sounds like the Config db server isn't updating the application (in this case TServer) dynamically (that is, in real time)
when the agent is removed via the CME. The way I understand it to work would be that agent would log out so one can do whatever needs to be done...

I have one quick question, about changing time in PBX by going into LD 02. We have SCCS and Call pilot along with Genesys Outbound Contact manager for integrated call center.
Our time on phones is lagging by 5 minutes from the pcs, we proposed to change time to match with pcs in call...

Thanks so much Gene and gang.. I just came back from our site. and all seems to be ok.. I found that Call Pilot ports are getting busy.. we only have two MPUs for 4 channels..
My question now is how can we make Auto Attendent give busy when call pilot channels are busy.. it is ring no answer...
