How do you block specific numbers SIP trunk?
You need to enable the caller based routing service in the trunk attributes the DID rides in on. Trunks ----> Trunk Attributes ---->trunk service number the link is using. 5624 call just saying connecting but never connects. Place another call right after that it works.
Hello, I have some 5624 phones that seem to be losing connectivity to the phone system. At least that's the best way I can describe it. When a person places a call it just says connecting and hangs there. If they place another call right after that, the call goes though fine. It then works...- jerdog101
