    The transfer option works but you we are only able to park the call on a phone and pick up from the same phone

    thread940-1599559 I want to set up my short code to make it easier to pick up a parked call cause *38*(the extension plus 0/1/2)# is way to much for someone to remember. I have tried to build a short code of *72/Dial/N Just learning this product.
