OPOS saw the printer and automatically entered the correct IP, and we were able to see the printer's webpage from Term 1. Will try again with the Advance driver on my next shot.
Status update:
Dummy me forgot to reset the dip switches (NB the original settings were DSW1: 3,5,6 ON; DSW2: 2,4 ON; new settings DSW1: all off; DSW2 2,4 ON). However, still no love when switches reset. However, selftest shows all are off?

Well, got there and read the PDF, but it was what we had tried previously, still not luck.
1) Set up printer with static IP. Able to access via webpage.
2) installed OPOS on Term 1.
3) Used SetupPOS to add POSPrinter named TM-U220BE
