    SIP and incoming DTMF tones

I have it working now. My VoIPDB DTMF was not setup. CoralTech was a real help in getting this resolved.

    SIP and incoming DTMF tones

Thank you for the suggestion. The user still cannot acknowledge the alarms. Are there some sort of logs I can look at?

    SIP and incoming DTMF tones

Hello, I have a program, Win-911 that calls phone numbers when it is triggered. That part is working thanks to Fodrod and CoralTech; https://www.tek-tips.com/viewthread.cfm?qid=1818199. To acknowledge the alarm I can enter a code on the phone. That part is not working. I enter the code, but...

    NEC SIP line for win911

I changed 84-19-28 Type 2 to G729. I changed 15-05-15 for extension 1899 to Type 2. I changed Win-911 to use the G729 codec. I removed the dialing prefix and used 915555551234 and the test call went out. To recap for future people: Add your SIP extension using PcPro. Go to your extension...

    NEC SIP line for win911

I went to 11-02 and set station port 101 to 1899. Station port 100 is a working IP telephone, extension 1100. Station port 102 is extension 1102. There is no extension 1101.

    NEC SIP line for win911

When I try from Win-911 the packet capture shows: Request: INVITE sip:9,15555551234@10.100.152.11:5070. Status: 503 Service Unavailable Request: ACK sip:9,15555551234@10.100.152.11:5070. The server doesn't have a audio card so I can't test using Microsip. From my computer Microsip works so I...

    NEC SIP line for win911

I am trying microsip. I entered the 10.100.152.11:5070 for the sip server, used 1899 as the username, typed in the password used in 15-05-16, added the dialing prefix 9, set the transport to UDP and clicked save. Microsip says online at this point but it does not do anything. No dial tone, no...

    NEC SIP line for win911

I do have access to PCPro. Now I can see the extension in the list. Attached are the settings that Win-911 is looking for and are available. Win-911 tech support is not helpful in this case as they told me I have to get the information from the phone company. Win-911 has the following codecs...

    NEC SIP line for win911

Nope, I need a SIP connection. The analog line for a different thing and I mixed up the projects.

    NEC SIP line for win911

I went to 11-02 and set station port 101 to 1899. Next I opened 15-01 to set the name and the extension 1899 does not appear in the list of extensions. I then go to 15-05 to try to set a password but again the extension 1899 is not listed. I am sure I forgot something but it has been a long week.

Thank you both for the information. I will contact AT&T.

    answering call disconnects caller

We are using a ISDN circuit provided by AT&T as a part of their IP Flex solution. So SIP on the AT&T side, ISDN port is used on the SV9100. It sounds like ESRI is using a SIP client of some sort based on the feedback from the sales staff I have been speaking with. The SV9100 is running...

    answering call disconnects caller

I have a SV9100 that whenever ESRI calls me, my phone rings, I pick it up and the line disconnects. This happens every single time they call me. I can call them with no problems. It could be anyone from ESRI, tech support, my rep, it always disconnects. It does not happen any other time that...

    NEC SIP line for win911

I should clarify that the installer is the win911 installer and not the NEC installer. We have a device that monitors a gas level, if the level goes too low this device calls a person to let them know there is a problem. It takes a telephone line so I just plugged it into one of the analog...
