Can you post the trace from the M470 here. Maintenance Monitor - > Rolling Trace -> Start Individual Rolling Trace, check SIP on. Which release has the 470?. And export the Provider from Mitel Routing. If you got a username from the provider don´t fill in SIP ID under account. For Presentation...- Jan Koberg
