Im having a strange problem on a SV8100. When on an outbound call i get a beeping sound in the background after a few seconds. The call also goes silent for a second every now and then. I am using IP phones. Any Ideas?

Hi, I have 4 department groups linked to various extensions. Each department groups extensions are set to ring all per group. What i want is that if they do not answer for it to ring to a particular extension.

Please could someone kindly explain how secondary department groups work. I cannot find enough info on the web.

Hi, Is there a way on a SL2100 to have the IP Phones on a different IP range to that of program 10-12-03 and 09. So 10-12-03 gateway 10.0.0.254 10-12-09 VoIP 10.0.0.250 and the IP Phones on the same LAN but with different IP Range? For instance IP Phone on 172.16.0.50 range?
