Did Outlook 2010 install delete a secondary calendar?

We run Windows SBS 2008 with MS Exchange 2007. All desktops are connected to the domain and all users have roaming profiles. Existing desktops run XP Pro and Office 2007. All users also have iPhones and our mailboxes, contacts and calendars are synchronised between PCs, iPhones and MS Exchange...

Thanks for your response Zelandakh. I promise I haven't been ignoring you! :) I had 2 weeks on sick leave and returned last week to focus on finance as June is the end of our financial year. I will get back to you with the screenshots but it might not be for some time. Fusionpit - thanks for...

OAB Not Downloading to Outlook 2007

I created a new profile using the autowizard and it worked. When I tried to open Outlook using the new profile it hung for about 10 minutes and I had to kill the process. Just to err on the side of caution, before I make any changes to the URL fields, did you mean I should type the words...

Wrong account being used on reply emails

An Outlook user created a distribution group by selecting members from the Exchange global address list. The list included my email address and the user sent an email out this morning. When I click on the Reply button Outlook notified me that the reply would be sent via MS Exchange instead of...

OAB Not Downloading to Outlook 2007

Not quite, I'm afraid. The OAB still won't download to the Outlook clients. I was poking around on the server and found this dialog box. Should this internal URL match the OWA internal URL?

OAB Not Downloading to Outlook 2007

Results: The IP address of DNS server is an internal one. The Exchange Server is listed under DNS Servers\DNS\myservername. From my desktop PC I pinged myservername instead of mydomain.local and it worked.

Incorrect reply email address on meeting requests

Thanks for the tips. I still could not find Manage Diagnostic Logging Properties so I checked our version of Exchange Server and read the info of the technet page you recommended. We don't have any service packs installed! I will pass this on to our external IT tech who is responsible for...

OAB Not Downloading to Outlook 2007

You're a champion! The internal and external addresses are now set to your instructions. I can log in to OWA via my personal iPhone browser and access all of my mail, as well as tools and options. I still can't ping the server from my desktop PC. It returns "Ping request could not find host...

OAB Not Downloading to Outlook 2007

I'm not surprised that you're confused. I'm a beginner trying to make complex technology work with no knowledge of what I'm doing and trying to interpret help from an expert to make it happen. I REALLY appreciate your patience!!! Let's start again from my current understanding. Problem: OAB...

Incorrect reply email address on meeting requests

I've browsed everywhere in the console and can't find diagnostic logging. When I searched the help I got the page below telling me to use the management shell. I ran Get-EventLogLevel and scanned the result but there wasn't an entry for calendar. (I hope the link to the picture works. It's...

Incorrect reply email address on meeting requests

Zelandakh (MIS) 7 May 12 2:39 Could be an iPhone config issue. Turn up calendar diagnostic logging on the Exchange server and see if it helps you." Thanks for the tip. I've poked around in ES but can't find this. 58sniper - we don't want our field staff to use OWA if we can avoid it. The...

OAB Not Downloading to Outlook 2007

I tried to ping the domain but it can't find the server. I used the details from "full computer name" field in the attached image. This in the form of SERVERNAME.domain.local Was this what you meant?
