Hi Guys,
Check if the following ports are listening in the server where the Logger is running:
TCP 2001/2011
UDP 2000
If not you have an issue the logger!
And if there are, check that these ports are reachable from the application server (if different server).
Regards
Hil
Hi,
Yes it's possible!
Don't know if there is a specific doc (don't think so)!
The service account is used only to connect to the application/and Database client!

Hi,
Do you mean by external smtp server?
When you configure the smtp in the application server, you only need to put the IP address of the server smtp.
Did you already install the language pack?

Hi,
I suggest to go to windows services, start the "NICE Administrator" service manually and see the error. The most of the time if the NICE Administrator service cannot start it's due to DB access failure may be the service used to run this service haven't the privileges to access to the DB...
Hi,
Yes, you can do Active recording with Aastra for example with NICE Interaction Management 4.1.
You need a CTI server Application Link.
And to setup the IP address of the Logger in the phones settings.
The RTP packets are sent by the phones to the Logger.
Regards.

Hi,
Yes there are ports for playing recordings.
What is the version of your Nice recording system?
When you double click in an audio, is the player working?
Hil
Hi All,
I have 7 schedules to record 6 interactions per Agent. The pb is that I can't get exactly 6 recordings for all agents.
I think that the pb is due of performance limititation because the call center is big (plenty of calls).
What is your advise?
Hil
