Powerbook screen gone black
In my case, the problem only occurs when on battery, and usually not right away. It's like the backlight gets tired after a certain point, though it most often happens when waking up from sleep. I'll try pressing R when rebooting.- henrip

JIII: did you solve this problem? It's happening to me, but it's slightly more erratic -- things get better if plugged in to power, and sometimes changing the screen resolution seems to wake up the screen. But it's freaky because it's not consistent. I think there may be an issue with the...- henrip
