I also have had problems with park buttons on 8.1(67). they are assigned via user rights. the park buttons will all light up solid red. receptionist has a 9630 with (2) sbm24's. The phone will randomly freeze up as well. I have a ticket with Avaya and they are stumped!

tlpeter, I seen that doc in the setup proceedures as well. ive tryed just about everything but one thing i cant seems to find isd what XMPP domain name to use. do you remember waht you used on you one x servers?

tlpeter, when your refering to the "external something, do you mean in the firewall when you open up port 5222? also I have our LAN2 port outside the firewall for one x portal access from the internet.

Im using a smtp connection. Still no luck. I have this exact same setup on 3 other servers (same pc, same version vmpro) is it possible that the customers network could be restricting the smtp outbound? Just seems weird to me that this os the only location that i have had with this problem.

I got a new ip500 v2 6.0(8) with the receptionist having a 1416 and a single dbm32 dss console. When you press transfer and then a dss button for a user, the call does not complete the transfer even if you press transfer again. after you try the transfer, the dss locks up and you have to reset...
