    DSX 40 transfer to extension and then to VM if no answer

    Haven't found where to make this happen. New DSX 40 with 4 CO Lines and 8 sets. Operator wants to just transfer the call to the user and if they don't answer have it go to their mail box.     Sorry for not posting the resolution to this problem earlier. We replaced the phone, the KSU, upgraded the software, replaced the Amphenol Cable, moved to a different power outlet, new grounding cable, ran new Cat 5e Cable to the phone.     Yes. Replaced with new out of box sets twice. And twice with known working phones. Going to change out the grounding wire next. Then if that doesn't work, I'm going to replace the house cable to the jack. I moved her to another port and it happens there also. A real brain teaser.
