Thank you @biv343, your differentiation between "not the greeting" and "spoken name" recording helped a lot. I recorded using *17 and then *05 the spoken name recording.- HadiQJ

Dial by name feature doesn't work for some users, how can i fix that?
Hi Everyone, Dial by name is working fine for most users, but for some reason it doesn't work for people who later join the company. I made sure they record a greeting on their VM, and made sure their Voicemail is on. Whenever i try to dial their name in the directory through Auto Attendant, it...- HadiQJ
