I have a customer who wants the 4 button on their 9608IP handsets to be used for "call-pkup" but wants call-pkup displayed on the handset permanently. I have tried using a FAC to achieve this, but couldn't get it to work. If I display a station at the moment it does show button4 as "call-pkup"...- groganjo1
