    I would start by issuing the 'list hunt-group' command and look for one that is named something like 'Messaging' or 'voicemail' or somethin similar. Pay attention to that hunt group number. Then issue the 'list coverage-path' command and look for one that has that hunt group as the first point...

    Do you have a coverage path set up to your voicemail platform? If so, you need to make sure the station is configured with that coverage path.

    Navigate to the "Schedule" tab and you should find a completed data polling task for Trunk Analyzer. Right-click > Properties > Clear All

    Go to the Mailbox Options tab within a mailbox (in UC Admin) and make sure the "Say Envelope Information" radio button for Yes is selected.
