DTMF Tones stop working on 9508 Phones
The DTMF issue is now know by AVAYA. Simply pressing the phone/exit key will fix the DTMF issue instantly. This happens randomly and when the user enters into the contacts menu and then doesn't exit. 500v2 multiple BM12 issue on 9508 set
Has any one seen the button modules cascading. It doesn't actually stop working or reboot just a one sec cascade of the names. It is more annoying than service affecting. Greg M- gmarcinc
