Thanks all for your replies, Buying another data capture not possible since i am the one who made it ha ha. Actually it doenst happen that often so far twice because of power problems, but i just dont like the idea that the system is this sensitive. Imagine if the PC breaks down..... Hello all, I am absolute not a Nortel Guru. We have a Nortel Meridian 1 with our own datacapture application connected to the CDR port. This works all great except... When for whatever reason the system goes offline for a while, the data produced meanwhile by the Nortel Will be lost. Its not...- gerard88
