LCD Displays *143 Rings but should say *143 Mailbox

Got it *143 was missing from the Telephone directory page with label Mailbox. That's why it wasn't showing on hunts group page.

LCD Displays *143 Rings but should say *143 Mailbox

I think I got it. Settings in call routing table were wrong for ext. 143. Still unable to change Hunt Group Name to Mailbox in Hunt Groups table. Textbox is not enabled to enter text for Hunt Group Name.

    Voicemail not allowed

Don't know why but that is the way the progamming of voicemail in my Mitel 3300 CX was done. I just copied the way it was done for other extensions. That's how the company that setup the system did it.

    Voicemail not allowed

I got it. *202 was not listed in hunt groups. After I added *202 to hunt groups *202 showed up in call routing form. I then set it up like estensions and it worked fine.

    Voicemail not allowed

Trying to add voicemail ext 202 to one of my 5330 ip phones. Mitel CX 3300. In Call Routing form there no entry for *202. So I can't reroute *202 to voicemail. How do I add *202 to the Call Routing form? What form do I use?

Receptionist's doesn't answer not going to voicemail

I want to set the receptionist's calls (ext. 100) to go to voicemail if she steps away for a moment. Right now calls ring and are not answered if she is not there. Her voicemail is set up and has a message. How do I set this up? Searched forums and could not find anything. Mitel 3300 CX Controller.

Call Forwarding Using Mitel 3300 ICP

Is there a way to temporarily set up call forwarding through the Mitel 3300 ICP. One of my teleworkers is at a different extension this week and he didn't set up call forwarding through his 5330 IP phone.

    OUT OF SERVICE

Thanks, I didn't go down far enough in the Call Routing table to see * extensions. I found *142 and set it to all 2's so it matches the other extensions and it works fine know. Thanks.

    OUT OF SERVICE

I have a Mitel 3300 CX Controller and 5330 IP Phones. I set up a new phone and extension at 142. Everything works fine except when I hit *142 to get directly into the voice mail. I get the message OUT OF SERVICE. Any idea what's wrong?[sadeyes]
