    How to add more numbers to an ACD within an Option chooser

    How do I add additional numbers to an ACD with an option chooser? Eg customer calls up and option 3 is technical support. Currently there are 10 technical agents within option 3 for tech support. Now 4 more have started. How do I add these guys into the ACD distribution in option 3? Cheers
