Nortel MICS having issues with not hearing incoming calls periodically
I have a MICS 6.0 software w/2 CLID CARDS. My customer is having issues with only incoming calls. The callers hear me but I do not hear the caller. I think carrier issue..is there something I can try on my in to verify?- Frank Lucas
