Yes. Enable Userenv logging using MS KB221833 as a reference. Set the UserEnvDebugLevel to 0x00030002. After the reboot, log on and have a look at the Userenv.log located in the %systemroot%\Debug\UserMode folder. Look for huge time gaps during the logon process.
