If you highlight them all in the email and select Copy, and then go to a folder and select Paste, they should automatically rename themselves as, e.g. message(1), message(2).

You can customise the Footer and add the User Name with the buttons at the bottom.

Why don't you go to Tools\Rules and Alerts and create a rule to move all emails containing the text "we email advertise your charity web site to 7,500,000 people. free." into your Junk E-Mail folder?

I think you need to specify it as being sent TO #trip, not FROM #trip.
FROM will be "from any member". TO will be "sent to all members via #trip".

From your Inbox, select Tools\Options\Email Options button\Advanced Email Options button and untick 'In folders other than the inbox, save replies with original message'

I assume you mean the 'Nickname List' feature that automatically shows email addresses you have used in the past?
All I can suggest is how to delete specific entries from the list, although this won't stop them from being added again in the future:
